Unlike MDF that only comes pre-primed and still needs top coat applying this is fully finished so just needs fixing and no final painting other than touching up where pin heads have been used to fix it. It’s made from solid engineered timber so cuts, machines and fixes in the same way a standard timber moulding would. The engineered construction enhances the natural attributes of wood making it more stable and straight.

Smart Timber mouldings are machined and painted to an extremely high standard with a smooth satin white painted surface. The pre-finished surface saves hours of finishing and installation time, you can simply cut it to length, glue and pin it in place and your done! The only additional work required is to touch up the pin heads where it's been fixed, meaning you have more time to spend doing the things you love!
