Who can buy from Build Supplies Limited (BSL)?

We welcome enquires and orders from all types of customers whether they are a Company or individual related to or not related to construction and the general public. You do not require an account to order from us, however if you are a frequent purchaser or have a project currently or upcoming, then please click this link to set up an account option best suited to you.

Deliveries

Where do we deliver?

We deliver our full range of products on our own transport to all postcodes approximately 30 miles from TR9 6DG within an estimated 3 working days from the time that your order is processed. We will deliver orders on our own transport.

We also deliver goods via courier, palletway’s and direct from manufacturer / supplier, nationwide. Please see our delivery page here for further information

Booking Deliveries?

Click and Collect

Where do I collect my order?

Collections are made from our Winnards Perch Depot in St Columb TR9 6DG.

Do I need to bring anything with me when I come to collect an order?

Yes, please bring a confirmation email, and valid ID as proof of purchase.

Payments

Which payment types do you accept?

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, all major debit cards, cash and BACS.

‘’Please note we do not accept cash on delivery payments. If you wish to pay cash for a delivery, then payment must be made in branch before the delivery can be dispatched”

Pricing

Are your online prices the same as in-store?

Online prices are equal to in-store however trade terms and conditions will apply to account customers pricing structures.

Can I return the goods that I have purchased?

Special Orders / Non Stocked Items

I cannot find the product that I am looking for on your website?

If you are unable to find the product you require on our website, then please contact us, as we are able, to supply a huge number of special and non-stocked items and not all of the items we supply may be listed on the website.

Estimating & Plan Take Offs

Do you offer an estimating & take off service?

We do not offer this service in house, but we can organise this through a third party at your cost. Please contact us for further information on this.

Cancellations & Amendments

How do I cancel or amend an order?

If you place an order in error and/or need to make changes an order that has been placed, please contact us by phone or email with the associated order number and a member of staff will be able to make any amendments, cancellations and/or associated refunds for you.
