BSL fleet deliveries (Kerbside-only)

Local Deliveries

We will use our own mixed fleet of delivery vehicles to deliver to you within a 30-mile radius of TR9 6DG (if you are unsure, please feel free to email us).

If your delivery address has any access restrictions or specific delivery requirements, please could you contact us to advise so that we can send the most suitable delivery vehicle.

You will receive an order acknowledgement once we have processed your order, and we will aim to deliver to you within 3 working days and to our frequent delivery areas sooner.

Delivery is charged at £20 for orders under £200 including VAT and is free for orders over £200 including VAT.

Please note that deliveries are to the kerbside only. Please ensure you have the necessary ability and equipment (if required) to move the items into your property.

We aim to deliver all orders as soon as possible, and lead time may depend on order size, stock availability and delivery location. Upon ordering you should receive confirmation from your us to arrange a delivery day with you and if you are concerned about delivery timescales due to the urgency of your order, then please do not hesitate to contact us.

Supplier Direct

A range of products that we supply are available for direct delivery from our trusted suppliers. These items are delivered nationally with the exception of Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

Products that are delivered direct by supplier are only available for delivery, they are not part of our click & collect service.

Please note that deliveries are to the kerbside only. Please ensure you have the necessary ability and equipment (if required) to move the items into your property.

Finally, we are happy to supply any size and type of order to any location as long as it is economically viable for us and you the customer, so if there is any doubt please contact us.

If you need to return Goods, please contact our customer service team: enquiries@buildsupplies.co.uk.

If you have ordered Goods on our website or over the phone and would like to return the product, please return The Goods within 14 days of purchase. Goods should be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

The Goods ordered directly from the Manufacturer cannot be returned without prior agreement with Build Supplies Ltd.

Some of our products are marked as non-returnable and cannot be returned.
