Local Deliveries
We use allocated delivery days for different areas to provide a more specific delivery estimate for your order. The current delivery days are as follows:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday:
St Austell area (St Denis, St Stephens, Par, Lostwithiel, Roche)
Newquay area (St columb major, minor and road, St Mawgan, Mawgan Porth, Crantock, Holywell bay etc)
Padstow area (St Merryn, Porthcothnan, Trevone, Trevose, Constantine bay, Harlyn etc)
Wadebridge area (Polzeath, Rock, Trebetherick, St Kew, Delabole etc)
Tuesday and Thursday
The Roseland
Truro area.
St Agnes, Perranporth, Mount Hawke
Falmouth, Penryn, Carnon Downs, Playing Place
Bodmin area (St Wenn, Withiel, Lanivet etc)
Redruth, Camborne, Hayle, Penzance
You will receive an order acknowledgement once we have processed your order.
Delivery is £20 for orders under £200 including VAT. Devon deliveries may incur extra charges.
Heavy, cumbersome and large items such as Timber, Paving slabs and bulk bags can be delivered to postcodes outside of the above specified postcodes, but will be on a longer delivery time and we will advise you of the estimated delivery date at the point of processing your order. This covers the majority of non-included TR, PL postcodes.

Please note that deliveries are to the kerbside only. Please ensure you have the necessary ability and equipment (if required) to move the items into your property.
We aim to deliver all orders as soon as possible, and lead time may depend on order size, stock availability and delivery location. Upon ordering you should receive confirmation from your us to arrange a delivery day with you and if you are concerned about delivery timescales due to the urgency of your order, then please do not hesitate to contact us.
Nationwide
Light, postable products such as paint brushes or work wear will be delivered by our UK courier company and we endeavour to send these items out within 24 hours of receiving an order. These items are delivered nationally with the exception, of Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
We can also arrange national delivery of some higher value bulk items through the palletways network and the lead time and delivery charge will be priced on an order by order basis, please call or email us to discuss your requirements and we will be happy to help.
Supplier Direct*
A range of products that we supply are available for direct delivery from our trusted suppliers. These items are delivered nationally with the exception of Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
Products that are delivered direct by supplier are shown on the website as nationwide delivery. These products are only available for delivery, they are not part of our click & collect service.
Please note that deliveries are to the kerbside only. Please ensure you have the necessary ability and equipment (if required) to move the items into your property.

Finally, we are happy to supply any size and type of order to any location as long as it is economically viable for us and you the customer, so if there is any doubt please contact us.
Returns:
If you need to return The Goods, please contact our customer service team: enquiries@buildsupplies.co.uk.
If you have ordered Goods on our website or over the phone and would like to return the product, please return The Goods within 14 days of purchase. Goods should be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
The Goods ordered directly from the Manufacturer can not be returned without prior agreement with Build Supplies Ltd.
Some of the products are marked as non-returnable and can not be returned.
